These excel shortcut keys can be pasted below the adjacent cell above or left or right without option copy paste. That the convenience of data copy paste provides these shortcuts.
Lets Learn how to work this Function….
1. Fill Down (Ctrl + D )- Fill a Value down in to adjacent cell
Fill down is used to take the value in the lower cell as in the above cell.
Another shortcut access option from the window For fill down Alt >> H >> FI >> D.
Clicking in the cell below the cell containing the text or value, then pressing the
Ctrl+D, the value of the upper cell fills up as it should. you can Select Multiple Cell Or column
As shown in the picture, if you want to use fill down in too many cells, select all the cells along with the Last value cell and press Ctrl+D.

If you select the cells containing the data and press Ctrl+D, then the data in the first cell in the selected cell will be filled into the other cells below.

The fill down is most commonly used when doing data entry. There is no need to retype the same field when creating List. All the fields of the formula format text and value are filled in as they are.
2. Fill Right (Ctrl + R )- Fill a Value Right in to adjacent cell
This option can be used to fill the right side information of a cell similar to the fill down.
Another shortcut access option from the window For fill Right Alt >> H >> FI >> R.
Same conditions apply for fill left and fill right such as fill down.
Select Right Side Cells of the Data. Press Ctrl+R.
If you want fill more then one column fill using Fill Right select all the cells along with the Data celll and press C+R.
