1. Transfer column data to Row –
There are 3 ways to use Paste Special.
Method 1. Select and copy the data of the column.
Click on the One cell in the row in which to paste the data. Right click with the mouse. Move the mouse Cursor on the option of paste special. More options of Paste Special will appear in the side window.
Method 2. Select and copy the data of the column. Click on the One cell in the row in which to paste the data. By clicking on the drop down button of the paste option in the Home tab, the window of the paste special will open.
Method 3. Select and copy the data of the column. Click on the One cell in the row in which to paste the data.
Press Ctrl + Alt + V Use this shortcut key. The paste special window will open. Click on the Transpose option and click on OK. Data will be transferred.
Or by right clicking on the mouse, the Paste special window will also open from here.

Or click on Paste Special from the drop down of paste option in the Home tab.
2. Transfer Row data to Column –
Just as the data of the column was transferred to Row, select Row’s data and copy it. You can transpose the data Horizontally in the three ways mentioned above by clicking on the first cell of the column where you want to paste.
Ctrl + Alt + V >> Transpose
Similarly, we can select and transpose multiple columns.
